Details
Bontrager's Solstice Shoes comfortably strike the ideal balance of stiffness for pedaling efficiency and flexibility for walking. Stylish like street shoes, supportive like cycling shoes, they're perfect for Spinning, commuting, touring and running errands by bike. The soles are no-slip rubber, so the floors at the coffee-shop and gym are no obstacle. Plus, these sweet shoes boast triple Velcro straps for finding the ideal fit.
This chart is to help you evaluate the fit. (Some of the sizes shown may not be offered.)

In order to mount your pedals' cleats to your shoes, they must have matching bolt patterns. There are 3 configurations (diagram) used on cycling shoes, SPD-R, Look/SPD-SL and SPD. Road shoes feature one, two or even all three of these. Mountain-bike shoes usually use the SPD pattern. If you have any questions about cleat compatibility, please contact us. We're here to help!

Comments:
I really like these shoes. Great for commuting, and daily bike errands. The toe box was a little tight initially, but after about 15 miles, they broke-in and felt great (I actually forgot I was wearing new shoes). They can use a little more ventilation (just bigger mesh panels).
